Public Offer
These terms are a public offer to use Datanode. Please read them before creating an account or opening the panel.
By signing in or using Datanode, the User accepts this offer and the Privacy Policy.
1. General provisions
This document constitutes a public offer by the Datanode service administrator (“Administrator”) to enter into an agreement for access to the Datanode website, panel, Telegram bot, sandbox and related functions.
A person accepting this offer becomes a “User”. Acceptance occurs when the person selects the consent checkbox, signs in, creates or uses an account, or otherwise starts using the service.
2. Service description
Datanode provides an isolated browser workspace for storing and editing files, running supported commands, testing code, working with Telegram bots and APIs, and publishing supported web projects.
Available functions, quotas, templates, runtimes and limits are displayed in the interface or documentation and may change as the service develops.
3. Account and access
- The User must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
- One Datanode account may be bound to only one Telegram account unless the Administrator explicitly allows otherwise.
- The User is responsible for activity performed through the account until unauthorized access is reported.
- The Administrator may require Telegram, Authenticator, captcha or another security check before granting access.
- Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared for abuse or created automatically without permission.
4. Acceptable use
The User may use Datanode only for lawful purposes and within the published technical limits.
- Do not upload malware, phishing pages, stolen data or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not attack, scan, overload, bypass limits or interfere with Datanode or third-party systems.
- Do not use the service for spam, fraud, credential theft, unauthorized mining, botnets or prohibited automated activity.
- Do not attempt to escape the sandbox, access host systems or another user’s workspace.
- Do not store secrets in public files or expose tokens, passwords and private keys.
5. User content and intellectual property
The User retains rights to files and materials uploaded or created in the workspace and grants the Administrator a limited right to process them only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.
The User confirms having the rights and permissions required for all uploaded content. Datanode branding, interface, documentation and service code remain protected by their respective rights holders.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, security incidents, network failures, third-party outages or technical limits may temporarily affect access.
The Administrator may change, add or remove functions and limits, while aiming to provide reasonable notice of material changes. Preview and experimental functions may change without notice.
7. Fees and paid functions
Unless a price is clearly displayed before purchase, the available service functions are provided without a separate fee.
If paid plans or functions are introduced, the price, billing period, included resources, payment method and refund terms will be shown before the User confirms payment.
8. Suspension and termination
The User may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the official Telegram bot.
The Administrator may restrict or terminate access when the User violates these terms, creates a security risk, exceeds limits, fails a required verification, or where suspension is legally required.
Where reasonably possible, the User will be given an opportunity to export lawful workspace data before permanent deletion, except in urgent security or legal cases.
9. Liability
Each party is responsible for direct loss caused by its proven breach to the extent required by applicable law.
The Administrator is not responsible for user content, third-party services, external domains, lost profits, indirect loss, or data loss caused by the User’s actions, exposed credentials, unsupported workloads or events outside reasonable control.
The User must keep independent backups of important files. Nothing in this offer excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Notices, disputes and final terms
Notices may be delivered through the website, panel, Telegram bot or contact information associated with the account.
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through a written request to the Administrator. Any unresolved dispute is handled under the applicable law and by a competent authority.
The current version of the offer applies from the effective date shown on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
